Findings from the ongoing POLAC project demonstrate that treatment with the pangenotypic regimen comprising glecaprevir/pibrentasvir (GLE/PIB) for 8 weeks is highly effective against chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in children and adolescents.
