  • Montelukast (as sodium) plus Levocetirizine hydrochloride (Zykids Forte) 5 mg/5 mg Chewable Tablet is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis.1
  • For children aged 6-14 years: Administer one chewable tablet containing either 5 mg Montelukast and 2.5 mg Levocetirizine, or 5 mg Montelukast and 5 mg Levocetirizine, once daily.1
