In conjunction with World Immunisation Week, observed in the last week of April, Pfizer, together with healthcare professionals, launched “For the Reasons that Matter”, a regional public awareness campaign to raise awareness of adult respiratory health across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
The campaign’s media launch drew more than 90 media attendees and generated over 46 articles, reaching more than 150 million in readership and impressions.
The initiative highlighted the ongoing burden of serious respiratory illnesses, including pneumococcal pneumonia, influenza, COVID-19, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), particularly among older adults and individuals with underlying medical conditions.
