To bridge the gap in early identification and intervention, a recent symposium sponsored by Sanofi brought together leading experts to share clinical insights tailored for general practitioners (GPs). Professor Omar Usmani, Professor of Medicine at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London, UK, delivered the keynote address. The session was chaired by Dr Tan Tze Lee, family physician at The Edinburgh Clinic and Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine for Family Medicine, Singapore.
