• The first therapy indicated for ESR1-mutated metastatic breast cancer (mBC)

• More than tripled the number of patients progression-free at 1 year vs SOC endocrine monotherapy

• ESMO Living Guidelines recommend ORSERDU for ESR1-mutated mBC following at least 1 line of endocrine therapy

• Manageable safety profile and majority of adverse events were Grade 1 or 2

• One 345-mg tablet, once daily
