Dengue tetravalent vaccine (live, attenuated)	≥ 4 years old at time of first injection: 2 injections of 0.5 mL SC at a 0- and 3-month schedule	Adverse Reactions CNS effects (irritability, headache, somnolence); Local effects (injection site pain, erythema, swelling, bruising, pruritus); Respiratory effects (upper respiratory tract infection, nasopharyngitis, pharyngotonsillitis, flu-like illness); Other effects (decreased appetite, myalgia, malaise, asthenia, fever, arthralgia) Special Instructions Postpone administration in patients suffering from acute severe febrile illness Contraindicated in patients with congenital or acquired immune deficiency including those undergoing immunosuppressive therapies within 4 weeks prior to vaccination and symptomatic or asymptomatic HIV infection accompanied by evidence of impaired immune function
